DeepSeek V4 has rolled out peak/off-peak pricing (peak 9:00-12:00 / 14:00-18:00, half-price the rest of the day) from 00:00 on Aug 17, but CodeBuddy NPC stays free.

CodeBuddy NPC auto-picks up → analyzes → writes code → opens a PR → waits for your review.
